21 Day Fix Approved Spinach Turkey Burgers
(gluten and dairy free)

What you will need:
1 cup of finely chopped spinach
1 pound of ground turkey
1 teaspoon of dill weed
1 teaspoon of dried thyme 
3/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 egg
2 tablespoons of coconut oil

What you need to do:
Put coconut oil in skillet over medium heat and let it warm up 
while you mix all the ingredients into a bowl. 

Get your hands dirty and mash it all together really well.

Form into roughly 2 inch balls then flatten into patties 
(8 total patties) 

Place in pre-heated skillet flip after a few minutes - 
sear burger for about 5 minutes then flip over for another 5 minutes 
or until both sides are browned.

I personally love eating these on a bed of spinach and topped with mustard.
