21 Day Fix Mini Meatloves
What you need:
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
1/2 cup green peppers, chopped
2 egg whites
1/2 cup quick oats
1/4 cup ketchup (http://www.beachbody.com/beachbodyblog/nutrition/ketchup if you feel ambitious and want to make your own;)
1/4 cup tomato sauce
2 egg whites
1/2 cup quick oats
1/4 cup ketchup (http://www.beachbody.com/beachbodyblog/nutrition/ketchup if you feel ambitious and want to make your own;)
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
What you do:
Spray muffin tin with nonstick spray.
Mix all ingredients for meat then ball up.
Divide the meat into even parts and fill muffin holes almost to the top.
Drizzle small amount of ketchup on the top of the meat.
Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes or until meat is cooked.

When do you add the tomato sauce?? To the meat mixture?
