The dried fruit adventure!

For some reason I have been struggling with how to perfect making dried fruit in my oven! 

Today I perfected the dried apple slices!

I think the key to my success was getting a mandolin slicer for Christmas. 



I used amazing honey crisp apples. 
Sliced them on level 2 on the mandolin slice.
Laid them out on parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
Placed in over at 200 degrees for one hour.
Flipped apples over and cooked for one more hour. 


Anna I polished them off in 30 seconds flat! 

Super yummy, crispy and healthy!
